2. Use of the Service

- Authenticate with designated MODULAR WEB LTD TikTok accounts using the official TikTok OAuth flow.
- Upload video content and associated metadata (captions, settings).
- Schedule the publication time for content on the Company's TikTok accounts.
- Manage the content posting workflow as defined by internal Company procedures.
Use of the Service is permitted solely for legitimate business purposes of MODULAR WEB LTD related to managing its official TikTok presence.
3. User Obligations
As a User of this internal Service, You agree to:
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose as described herein and in accordance with internal Company policies.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access tokens associated with the Service and the connected TikTok accounts.
- Ensure that all content scheduled or posted via the Service complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Use the Service responsibly and not engage in any activity that could harm the Service, the Company's TikTok accounts, or the TikTok platform itself.
- Report any security vulnerabilities or misuse of the Service immediately to the relevant internal department.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and workflows, is the exclusive property of MODULAR WEB LTD. Content uploaded by Users remains the property of MODULAR WEB LTD or its licensors. TikTok's trademarks and platform remain the property of TikTok.
5. TikTok API and Platform
Use of the Service involves interaction with the TikTok platform via its Developer API. All use must comply with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, TikTok Platform Policy, and other applicable TikTok policies. MODULAR WEB LTD is responsible for ensuring the Service's compliance.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" for internal use. While we strive for reliability, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MODULAR WEB LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service by its employees.

Access to the Service may be revoked for any User at any time based on internal Company decisions or policy violations.
